Enter the letters you have and see every word they can make — grouped by length, longest first, with point values. Use ? for a blank tile. Filter by starting letter, ending letter or exact length.
Use ? for a blank tile. Results are grouped longest first and show each word's point value. Everything runs in your browser.
How it works
The tool takes your letters and checks every word in its dictionary to see whether that word can be built using only the tiles you hold. Each letter can be used once, unless you typed it twice. A ? can stand in for any single letter.
Results come back grouped by word length with the longest at the top, because that is the order players actually want. Within each group, words are sorted by score.
Why shorter words are shown too
Because the longest word is often not the best play. A five-letter word across a triple letter square beats a seven-letter word on plain tiles most of the time. Seeing the whole range at once is more useful than seeing only the maximum.
Using the position filters
The Starts with and Ends with boxes exist for board play. If there is an open S on the board you can build off, put S in the starts-with box and only see words that hook onto it. Exact length helps when there is a fixed gap you need to fill.
A note on dictionary size. This tool searches 6,000 common English words, not a 200,000-entry tournament word list. That means you get words you and your opponents will recognise, but it also means it will miss obscure tournament-legal plays. If you are in a rated Scrabble game, use an official dictionary. If you are playing at the kitchen table, this is the better list.

Questions
How do I use the word generator from letters?
Type the letters you have into the box and press Find words. Every word that can be built from those letters appears, grouped by length with the longest first. Use ? for a blank or wildcard tile.
Does it use every letter I type?
No, and that is deliberate. It shows every word that can be made from your letters, including shorter ones. In tile games the best play is often not the longest word, so seeing the four-letter options next to the seven-letter ones is genuinely useful.
What does the ? do?
It stands for a blank tile and can become any letter. Type your letters plus a ? for each blank you hold. Blanks make the search considerably wider, so expect a lot more results.
Can I force a word to start or end with something?
Yes. The Starts with and Ends with boxes filter the results. This is how you find a play that hooks onto a letter already on the board.
Why do I get fewer words than other sites?
This tool searches 6,000 common English words rather than a 200,000-word tournament dictionary. You get words people recognise instead of a wall of obscure two-letter tournament plays. If you need full tournament coverage, a dedicated Scrabble dictionary is a better fit.
